I know a whole lot of people do not post on this forum, but I thought I would share this info anyhow. I am the tournament director of Kentucky Lake Bass Club, we have had many members in the club throughout many years of which I was not here and most of those members have moved on to circuits and bigger things. Well, we are just a have fun, commadarie type group who want to share techniques and stories. We are looking for more members to bring into this circle of fun. We only have 12 members and I know there are others who would join if they knew about us. I'll give you the details of our club and you can pass them on to someone you might know who would enjoy this.
Let's start of with the fee's, just $30 a year, period. There are 9 to 10 club tourneys a year and a classic, each tourney has a $20 gas fee to go from the co-angler to the boater, an optional 1st place pot of $10, optional big bass pot of $1, and an optional super bass pot (6+ lbs) of $1. We also have a kids tourney for the kids of the members in the club -- this consists of live bait or artificial, rough fish only (no bass or cats), and the members fish for the kids as well as the kids themselves and the kids get a trophy and a medal. We have an annual couples tourney as well where you bring your lady along and she gets the trophy. Also a sponsered special population tourney for the hadicapped in which anyone can attend and help catch fish for their person of choice where we give away over 20 rod an reel combos to top finishers, everyone gets a plaque and certificate, loaded tackle box and another rod and reel combo to 1st place, and many more prizes to these awesome competitors. Also a one bait tourney, a picnic, a christmas party and city involvement such as yardsales and parades. This club has been in existence for over 35 yrs and gets better every year. This is a full year of fun if anyone is interested. Just give me a call. Thanks.

Thanks Monts,
I am getting a few posts from far away fisherman that like the idea. Good luck with the Tennessee end of the river, right now I'm having trouble at this end, are you guys on any pattern right now?
