I went yesterday fished all day, only caught 2. 1 was a female and was FULL of BLOODY eggs. I caught these in 24 feet of water. WE fished shallow water but did no good. I still can not get over 12th day of March catching fish full of bloody eggs.

Yes, water temp was 49 degrees, up in the day the water got up to 54 degrees

wow...firedog was fishing in the flats at 16 ft. and caught fish....

I have seen eggs bloody but they need to be mushie and turning orange from my experiences..

Remember all fish do not spawn at the same time...
