Folks,

Anyone have news on catfish activity?

Hear's a little - my wife, my son, his bud and I had a good weekend - in about 5 hours between Saturday and Sunday, we caught approximately 80lbs of catfish.

3' to 4' of water - in the Paris Landing area - on rocks - night crawlers.

Last week, a good friend and some of his buds caught over 300lbs - same general area - a little deeper.

It's time - let the wife & kids enjoy some exciting fishing - set the drag on your reel light so they will run for a while - let em scream and yell - always a memorable time for all!

Be sure to take your movie camera or still camera - nothing like looking back years later and talking about that day.

Let's hear some more catfish reports.

Folks,

Great weekend - put out a trotline at the start of the Memorial Day Weekend (Friday Night) - ran each morning - caught over 100lbs of fish.

All were blue cats - they came off the flats between the river channel and the bank in 15' to 19' of water. Good eating size - 3lbs and up - largest was 11lbs.

If anyone has any good catfish stories, please post.
