hello everyone! I have lived in Paducah, KY most of my life, up until recently i moved to NC. I have fished on KY lake numerous times, but never really paid much attention to where i was at and i also wasn't fishing for any thing in particular. But for the past year i've done a lot of fishing for catfish in the Nuese River, in NC. I am planning on coming to KY this spring and wanted to know if anyone knew where the good spots for catfishing are? I mainly fish for blue cats, but also channels and flatheads. So if anyone has any information on catfish i would appreciate it.

Try the New Johnsonville steam plant. They put warm water in there all the time and you can usually catch them in there this time of year.

Cut bait or turkey livers! Give it a try. Fish in the boils. The swifter and mor turmulous the better.

Usually will catch channels and blues. Rarely catch a white, but might get in on some big rock bass in there.
