Anyone have any reports of any stripe action lately?

Haven't heard much and was wondering.

It doesn't appear to be any stripe action. Any one have an idea as to what has happened to the stripe and their feeding this time of the year?

They sure were fun when they were feeding.

Hello Jig Man,
My fishing buddy and I were looking for a deep crappie bite early saturday morning and we did see one small jump. We were fishing the mouth of Red Hollow just south of the Agnesferry
bridge on Ky lake where hwy 68 enters into LBL.
It was somewhere around 9:00 a.m. The heat and the slow or non-existant bite encouraged us to surrender by 10:00 a.m. Also saw a whole lot of 1" to 2" shad or fry of some kind audibly rippleing the surface. Sure would like to have an idea where to begin this saturdays hunt for the crappie?
